Velma M. (Walker) Bailey

Age 98, of Carnegie on Saturday February 25, 2023.  Beloved wife of the late Earl L. Bailey; loving mother of Tim Bailey (Diane) and Keith Bailey (Judy).  Daughter of the late Council Evert Walker and the late Belva Drama (Kester) Walker.  Sister of Cody Walker, Ila Tschantz and the late Ralph Walker, Paul Walker, Dewey Walker, Ruby Hurst and Mae Morgan.  Also survived by seven grandchildren; Dawn Matheny, Shannon Bailey, Heather Milburn, Erin Morena, Krista Quiner, Brian Bailey, Cara Bailey and fourteen great-grandchildren; Jillian, Michelle, Bradford, Savannah, Rachel, Caroline, Elliana and David Quiner; Hannah Bailey, Dale Bryant, Lucas Morena, Kayla Morena, Carmen Morena, Maddison Matheny and many nieces, nephews and cousins.  Velma was a member of Carnegie Presbyterian Church for nearly 70 years.  No visitation; Memorial Service will be held Saturday, May 6th, 1:00pm at Henney, Bradwell & Nirella Funeral Home, 524 Washington Ave., Carnegie.
