Ruth L. Vicker, age 81 of Mt. Lebanon Twp., formerly of South Fayette Twp. and Robinson Twp., on Monday November 16, 2020. Beloved wife of the late David F. Vicker; loving mother of the late Samuel Kelly Weidaw. Daughter of the late Kelly and Polly Wilhoit; sister of Nancy Harvey and the late Edna Wagner, Eva Shones, Della Zavodnik, Alberta Pershina, Mary Krampe, Kelly Wilhoit, Jr., Dorothy Richards and James Wilhoit, Sr. She is survived by many nieces, nephews and two step-children. No Visitation. Private family funeral service. Arrangements by Henney, Bradwell & Nirella Funeral Home, Carnegie.
