Age 83, of East Carnegie, surrounded by her family on Thursday, December 15, 2016. Loving mother of Judy K. Moehring (Lloyd Welling), Barbara A. Kosky (Andrew), Charles W. Moehring II (Ton), Daniel R. Moehring (Paola) and Rebecca J. Moehring (Dawn); also survived by six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Rose Ann was an operating room technician at most of the major hospitals in Pittsburgh and she retired from the Skin Center in Scott Twp. Visitation 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at HENNEY, BRADWELL & NIRELLA FUNERAL HOME, 524 Washington Ave., Carnegie. Funeral Service will be held Friday, December 23, 2016, 10 a.m. in St. Andrew Lutheran Church, 218 Alter St., East Carnegie. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the church.
