Robert M. McFarland

Age 79 of Rosslyn Farms, passed away peacefully on Sunday December 3, 2023.  Beloved husband of the late Geraldine S. (Thompson) McFarland.  Son of the late Fred and Adelyne McFarland; brother of Jane Egizio.  Bob graduated from Carnegie High School and went on to complete his formal education with an Engineering degree from Carnegie Tech, he then served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam War.  Following his time in the military, he spent most of his career working as an engineer for Alcoa until his retirement.  Visitation Wednesday, 2-4 and 6-8pm at the Henney, Bradwell & Nirella Funeral Home, 524 Washington Ave., Carnegie, where funeral service will be held on Thursday, 10:00am.
