Age 82 of Rosslyn Farms, formerly of Carnegie, on Friday June 2, 2023. Beloved wife of Stephen George and the late Raymond J. O'Brien. Loving mother of Raymond J. O'Brien, Jr. (Lori), Glenn Patrick O'Brien (Henrietta), Neil G. O'Brien (Debbie), Leslie Colleen O'Brien and Matthew O'Brien (Annie). Stepmother of Stephen and John George. Sister of Ethelyn Ankrom and the late JoAnn Landy, Patricia Whistler, Gloria Leonard and Janet George. Grandmother of Raymond J. O'Brien III, Andrew G. O'Brien, Jessica Latronica, Jamie O'Brien, Henrietta O'Brien, Neil G. O'Brien, Jr., Megan Veach, Olivia O'Brien, Emily Proud, Jack and Samuel O'Brien. Also survived by eight great-grandchildren. Marjorie was active in local musical theater as a member of The Pittsburgh Savoyards, Stage 62, and South Park Theater. She was a beloved member of St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church in Carnegie. She had a true passion for playing the piano, enjoyed music, and she dedicated much of her free time at the Carnegie Library. She was loved dearly by all of her family and friends. Visitation Sunday 12-4 and 7-9pm at Henney, Bradwell & Nirella Funeral Home, 524 Washington Ave., Carnegie. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, 11:00am in St. John Lutheran Church, 601 Washington Ave., Carnegie.
