Kenneth P. Contaldo

Age 83, of Carnegie on Wednesday, December 21, 2022.   Beloved husband of the late Mary Jean (Kollar) Contaldo.  Loving father of Kenneth V. Contaldo; son of the late Valentine and Angelina Contaldo; brother of the late Wayne Contaldo.  Survived by two granddaughters, Serena and Angelina Contaldo.  Brother-in-law of Kathy Hartman (late James), Robert Kollar, Jr. (Karen), James Kollar (Elaine), Nancy Uzar (late Kenneth), and the late Susan Lee (surviving Terry).  Also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.  Ken proudly served in the US Navy on board the USS Protector.  After his honorable discharge, he worked as a machinist, both self-employed and for the University of Pittsburgh.  He was deeply loved and will be dearly missed by his son, granddaughters, family and friends.  Visitation Monday 2-4 and 6-8pm at the Henney, Bradwell & Nirella Funeral Home, 524 Washington Ave., Carnegie.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, 12:00pm in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church of St. Raphael the Archangel Parish.
