Beloved husband of Suzanne Conley Mulligan; loving father of Amy Mulligan (Michael Turturro) and Erin McClay (Jeffrey); brother of Fay Krapp (Tom) and Charles Mulligan (late Marilyn); loving grandfather of Madelyn and Luke McConaghy, Abigail and Brady McClay; cousin of Wilson McMannis. Joe's greatest joy was caring for his four baby grandchildren after his retirement from Batey Chevrolet. Visitation 6-8 p.m. Sat.,/ 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at HENNEY, BRADWELL & NIRELLA FUNERAL HOME, 524 Washington Ave., Carnegie. Mass of Christian Burial Monday 10 a.m. in St Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 330 Third Ave., Carnegie.
