Jeffrey T. "Jeff" Neel

Age 58 of California, PA, suddenly on Thursday January 18, 2024.  Beloved husband of Sharon Neel; loving father of Zack Snyder (Sarah) and Jessica Latchaw (Travis).  Son of the late Helen and Remberence Neel.  Brother of Gary Neel (Jennifer) and Robert Lee (Lisa).  Also survived by 4 grandchildren; Grace and Max Snyder, and Colbie and Lucas Latchaw.  Jeff enjoyed spending time with his family and took pride in spoiling his grandchildren.  No visitation.
