Of Mt. Lebanon Twp., on Monday, February 26, 2018.  Daughter of the late Fred and Joyce Smith; sister of the late June Louise Hall (late Francis); dear friend of the late Robert Chadwick. She is survived by one niece, Victoria Davids; one nephew, DuWayne Hall; and four cousins, Denise Krepps Broadwater, Debra Krepps Young, Dana Krepps and DeeAnn Krepps Slater (Tim). Janice graduated from Lincoln High School in Ellwood City, Dana School of Music in Ohio, and received a Master’s in Music from Duquesne University. She taught music in the Keystone Oaks School District for many years until her retirement in 1997.  Visitation 1-3 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at HENNEY, BRADWELL & NIRELLA FUNERAL HOME, 524 Washington Ave., Carnegie. In addition, family and friends will be received Monday, March 5, 2018, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Providence Baptist Church, 201 Chapel Dr., Ellwood City, where a funeral service will be held Monday at 11:00am.
