HELEN MRVOS
Most recently of Bridgeville Rehab & Care Center, Bridgeville, formerly of Robinson Township, age 94. Beloved wife of the late Howard R. Schade; daughter of the late Simo Mrvos and Simica (Trbovich) Mrvos. She is survived by her loving children, Janice, Glenn (Jan), Craig (Jackie), and Tim (Karen); and will be missed by her nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; also survived by her cousin, Nick Mamula; and thirteen nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, Sophie Mrvos, and brothers Sam and George Mrvos. Helen was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Carnegie, where she taught Sunday School for over 40 years, was a member of the St. John Lutheran Church Women, the Comforters, and was a volunteer for Meals On Wheels. She was also a Girl Scout Leader. Once her children were raised, she worked at Ohio Valley Hospital for 29 years, finishing her career as a Ward Secretary on the 3rd floor, where she thought of her co-workers as her family. She was happiest in her kitchen, cooking for anyone and for any occasion. Helen made friends easily and was loved by all who knew her. Visitation 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at HENNEY, BRADWELL & NIRELLA FUNERAL HOME, 524 Washington Ave., Carnegie, PA. Funeral Service will be held Saturday 10 a.m. in St. John Lutheran Church, 601 Washington Ave., Carnegie. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH.
