Age 82 of Scott Township, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 17, 2025. Beloved wife of the late Ronald L. Stein; loving mother of Ronald L. Stein, Jr. (Molly) and Wayne R. Stein (Kim). Sister of the late John "Jack" Otto; grandmother of Ashley and Austin Stein. Also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and three granddogs; Iris, Ruby and Hunter. Carole was a graduate of Carnegie High school, where she was a proud cheerleader. She spent 17 years of her life working for Ryan Homes and also worked for Mosites Construction, Stylette Plastics, Director of Meals on Wheels at Covenant Community Presbyterian Church, Providence Point and Giant Eagle. She spent 8 years taking care of her beloved husband until his passing in 2012.
She liked to spend her free time working in the yard and being the biggest cheer leader of her grand kids. She rarely missed a baseball or softball game and couldn’t wait for Friday night football.
Visitation Wednesday July 23rd, from 2-4 and 6-8pm at the Henney, Bradwell & Nirella Funeral Home, 524 Washington Avenue, Carnegie, where funeral service will be held on Thursday at 10:00am.
