Twigg; brother of Dale E. and Sharon R. Twigg; also survived by two grandchildren. No visitation. Memorial service will be held Sunday April 2, 2017, 2:00 p.m. at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 2040 Washington Rd., Upper St. Clair, PA 15241.
